Objectives :

  1. To know and understand principles the meaning of Nationality in research including intellectual property rights.
  2. To know and understand the meaning of intellectual property rights and each aspects the owners in intellectual property rights.
  3. To know and understand how to propose and to implement the regulation of MTA based on the legal basis and how the intellectual property will be owned by the founders or researcher starting from creating the proposal until the research is published.
  4. To know and understand how to conduct a research collaboration which has the same equality with others that also take a part in those research till it published.
  5. To know and understand how to generate and obtain a patent for a research product/s.
  6. To know and understand how to use the agreement of research collaboration, regarding the rights and subjects of research within bilateral or multilateral countries.
